He holds a PhD in Christian Counselling and Conflict Management, a Master’s Degree in Ministerial Ethics, Leadership and Administrative Planning, and qualifications in accounting and business communication.
His professional career spans over four decades across both the corporate and religious sectors, including roles in Debswana Diamond Company, Building Material Supplies, and J. Haskins & Sons. Through his extensive leadership experience and expertise in ethics and conflict resolution, Dr. Mputshana brings valuable insight and a community focused perspective to the Board’s strategic oversight and decision-making processes.
