Ms. Constance Male is an accomplished educational leader. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and a Diploma in Secondary Education from the University of Botswana and has built a distinguished career in educational leadership, curriculum development, and institutional management.
Throughout her career, she has served in various leadership roles, including Head of Department, Deputy School Head, and School Head. She has also contributed to national education initiatives, including the development of the BGCSE Geography syllabus and the delivery of national teacher training programmes. Ms. Male has demonstrated strong leadership and education advocacy. Her extensive experience in school governance, strategic planning, and educational excellence enables her to make a significant contribution to the Board’s oversight and decision-making responsibilities.
