The Botswana Teaching Professionals Council (BOTEPCO), with support from UNICEF, is rolling out a programme aimed at strengthening teacher professional development and improving learning outcomes across Botswana.
The programme focuses on three key initiatives: Digital Literacy, Professional Teaching Standards and Teacher Code of Ethics.
Through regional engagements, teachers are being equipped with practical digital skills while deepening their understanding of professional standards, ethical conduct and their responsibility to create safe, inclusive and effective learning environments.
